End-fed ½ λ whip—independent of ground plane.
High gain and efficient decoupling from the portable device due to the half-wave design.
3 dB gain compared to a ¼ λ whip antenna on the same device.

Models available for the DCS-1800/PCN cellular system and for the DECT cordless telephone system.
Equipped with a universal FME connector system for optimal flexibility and easily interchangeable connectors.
The FLX 1812 is also available with an SMA(m) connector; however, in this case, it features a fixed, non-replaceable connector (no FME connector system).
Designed for use with the following black FME connectors from the Procom product line (to be ordered separately): BFME-BNC, BFME-TNC, BFME-N, BFME-MUHF, BFME-EBNC, BFME-ETNC, and BFME-EMUHF.
